That's a wrap on 2025! Thank you to everyone who connected with us and the local disability community. Whether you attended a caregiving retreat, voted for the Special Education Team of the Year, handed out Local Resource Directories at your office, or came up to chat at the Autism Event, we're so thankful for you! Here's a summary of what we were able to accomplish in 2025 with your support:

We have some exciting things planned for 2026 already, such as:

• Expanding our Caregiver Connections program to include a retreat for couples and one for father/father figures in addition to our ladies retreat.

• Continuing our voter education series by once again interviewing all school board candidates about special education.

• And mark your calendars for the 2026 Champion Awards- we will be honoring individuals and groups who serve the disability community in Sumner County in 6 different categories. Lunch from Puckett's will be served. It's sure to be an inspiring day! You can learn more about that here:
